Police Search for Two Men in Brazen Armed Robbery in Arlington

Two men stole a backpack after holding a knife to the throat of the victim, police say.

Two men held a knife to the throat of a man on Wilson Boulevard in a brazen daytime robbery, police say.

The victim was walking in the 6100 block of N. Wilson Boulevard at around 10:40 a.m. on April 12 when two men approached from behind and suddenly held a knife to his throat, according to the report.

The victim tried to flee but his hand was slashed in the process.

The suspects managed to escape with the victim's backpack.

Police described the first assailant as a black male about 6 feet tall wearing a black hoodie and black pants, and the second was described as a black male of similar height who was wearing a blue hoodie, jeans and white shoes.
