CACI International Replaces CEO Daniel Allen with Lockheed Martin Executive Kenneth Asbury
Allen had been with CACI less than two years.

Arlington-based CACI International has announced the appointment of Kenneth Asbury as president and CEO to replace Daniel Allen, effective immediately.
The Washington Business Journal first reported the news of CACI's new CEO on Wednesday. The company planned to have a conference call Thursday to announce the change, according to its website.
CACI provides information solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for intelligence, defense and federal civilian clients.

Asbury had been overseeing Bethesda-based Lockheed Martin Corp.'s technical operations, mission services and civil business divisions, the Business Journal reported.
“CACI’s track record of growth and performance is second to none, and I look forward to taking on the opportunity for continued growth over the long term,” Asbury said in a statement.

Allen was with CACI for less than two years and is leaving “to pursue personal interests,” according to a company statement.
