Don't worry about an expensive membership -- they're either free or have a low registration fee, and they're open to the public "as part of the BID's ongoing mission to promote a more active, healthier Rosslyn," according to the statement.

The events include the "express lunch workout," which has already started and had 125 registrants. In addition, there are outdoor Zumba classes, a "Bike to Work Day Celebration," summer fitness boot camps and even Lava Barre classes.

"Building on the popularity of last year’s events and the growing community of fitness enthusiasts in Rosslyn and throughout Arlington County, the workouts are designed for all fitness levels and take place in Gateway Park, already a destination for runners, walkers and bikers," the statement reads. "The series of events will be of particular interest to those who work in the Rosslyn area because they provide opportunities to be active not only before or after work, but also during the workday."
