Teen Faces Disorderly Conduct Charge After Cheesecake Madness
Police say Cheesecake Factory management asked him to leave the store but he refused.

ARLINGTON, VA -- A man who was reportedly wrestled to the ground at an Arlington Cheesecake Factory earlier this week is actually a teenager who now faces a charge of disorderly conduct, police say.
Prabhjot Singh, 19, of Burke was charged with disorderly conduct and released on a Virginia Uniform Summons after the incident, which happened on Wednesday when a huge crowd gathered at the restaurant due to a free cheesecake promotion, according to a report from the Arlington County Police Department.
Police were called to the restaurant, located in the 2900 block of Clarendon Boulevard, at around 12:30 p.m. on Dec. 5 to a report of traffic hazards in the area that were related to the Cheesecake Factory promotion, the report states.

"While managing traffic, a call was dispatched for a fight in progress inside the restaurant," the report continues. "No active fight was located by arriving officers, however, they encountered a large crowd related to the promotion. The officers addressed the crowd and deescalated the tension related to the wait time."
Police say one person in the crowd was disorderly and ignored a request from restaurant management to leave the premises.
