Three World of Beer restaurants in Arlington, Reston and Fairfax have been rebranded as Crafthouse.

ARLINGTON, VA -- Three World of Beer restaurants in the area have been officially rebranded as Crafthouse. Local entrepreneur Evan Matz, the owner of Crafthouse, left the World of Beer franchise after over five years to create the new community-centric concept of Crafthouse. The three restaurants are in Arlington, rEston and Fairfax

A press release from Crafthouse, released Friday, says the new restaurant's mission is "Drink Local, Eat Local, Support Local." The restaurant will feature beer from local breweries, "as well as bourbons, whisky, wine and spirits made in Virginia."

"After collecting feedback from our customers about their ideal restaurant experience, I'm confident that the local Arlington, Reston and Fairfax communities will embrace Crafthouse and will appreciate the changes we're making," Matz said.

The press release says that all menu items are made with "fresh, high quality ingredients in a scratch kitchen." They offer burgers, Crafthouse tacos and flatbread pizza, which customers can "build" on their own, selecting the ingredients used.

"After more than five years, we have learned a lot from our loyal customers who want more than a pretzel and beer," Matz said. The press release says they will offer a laid back environment ideal for socializing. Each location is well-stocked with TVs for customers to enjoy their favorite sports games.
