Woman Dancing On Car Hood Exposes Breasts: Police Report

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are investigating an exposure incident involving a woman who showed her bare breasts while dancing on the hood of a vehicle, according to the daily crime report.

Officers responded around 11:22 p.m., on Tuesday for the report of an exposure in the 300 block of 23rd Street S. in Crystal City. The victims, who were on their balconies at the time of the incident, told police they saw a woman dancing on the hood of a vehicle. As she was dancing, they said the woman lifted her sports bra and exposed her breasts.

Police described the suspect as a Black woman with an athletic build, who was about 5-foot-6 in height. At the time of the incident, she was wearing a blue/green wig, lime green sports bra, teal tank top, and blue jeans. This case remains under investigation.
