Ashburn Club Community Health Fair a Success

On Saturday, September 17, 2022, Oak Health Club hosted an Active Lifestyle Expo for the community. This event was open to the public and featured dozens of local businesses with services ranging from choral arts for older adults to electric bikes for any age. Participants enjoyed live music, food and beverages from SuperFd, outdoor activities and games, plus adult beverages, and a raffle.

“This Expo was focused on learning how to make the most out of each phase of life,” said Wendy Diehl, General Manager of Oak Health Club. She continued, “Oak is all about inspiring and helping our members grow, regardless of age, goals, or fitness level. We want every member to feel welcome, supported, and confident in their health and fitness journey.”
