Assistance League Informal Info Session in Herndon, Nov. 9th, 10:30-12

Make A Difference For Children In Your Community

Assistance League of Northern Virginia is holding an information session at the Herndon Fortnightly Library, 768 Center Street, in Herndon, on Wednesday, November 9, from 10:30 am till noon. Assistance League is the perfect organization for people who want to invest in the community by helping improve the lives of some of the most vulnerable. A few current members will be on hand at the session to discuss the nonprofit’s philanthropic programs that feed, clothe, and comfort elementary school students and families and to explain how you can help not only with its primary programs - Weekend Food for Kids, New Clothing for Kids, Literacy for Kids, and Operation Hugs – but also with the many other tasks that are essential to ensure continuation of Assistance League’s important services.
