Man Crashes Vehicle After Knife Threat In Ashburn
In an incident the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office believes to be drug related, a man crashed his car after being threatened with a knife.

ASHBURN, VA — What police initially thought was a hit-and-run incident turned into a robbery Thursday afternoon in the 22600 block of Beacon Crest Terrace, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Turns out the male victim simply was trying to speed away from a threatening situation.
Shortly after noon, police responded to the scene. The victim told them he met with several acquaintances, two of whom got into his vehicle. A struggle ensued, and one of the suspects whipped out a knife. The victim then hit the gas and struck a unoccupied parked car. The suspects took money from the victim and fled. Police believe the incident is drug related.
