Master Singers of VA Presents 4 Holiday Concerts

The Master Singers of Virginia, Northern Virginia’s premier a cappella choir, presents 4 holiday concerts around the region. Concerts take place at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, 12/6 at St. James’ Episcopal Church (14 Cornwall St. NW, Leesburg, VA 20176), at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, 12/7 at The Falls Church Episcopal in Falls Church, at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, 12/13 at Our Savior’s Way Lutheran (43115 Waxpool Rd. Ashburn, VA 20148) and at a Lessons and Carols Service at Trinity Episcopal on Sunday, 12/14 at 5:00 p.m. (9108 John S. Mosby Hwy. Upperville, VA 20185). Highlights include: selections from Britten’s Ceremony of Carols, Howells‘ A Spotless Rose and Lauridsen‘s O Magnum Mysterium. Tickets are $15 for students/seniors (65+), $20 for adults and $5 more at the door. Order online at www.msva.org. A lecture on the music takes place 45 minutes before each concert and festive reception immediately following each performance.
