Police: Flasher Strikes at Dulles Town Center

Indecent exposure occurred in shopping mall's parking lot: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Loudoun County police are investigating the case of an indecent exposure that occurred Tuesday afternoon at the Dulles Town Center.

Police responded at 3:28 p.m., when an unidentified woman reported that the incident occurred as she was walking in the parking lot in the 21000 block of the road that runs around the Sterling shopping mall, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

A man pulled up beside her and asked for directions. The woman approached the vehicle to offer directions, and saw the male suspect was exposing himself, police said.

The suspect was described as a black male in his late 20s, 6 feet tall and wearing a gray jacket. The suspect was driving a gray Jeep, police said.
