Police: Teen Still Missing After Disappearing Last Week

But second missing teen tracked down in Richmond, says Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Loudoun County police announced Wednesday that they located one of two teenagers who were reported missing last week from the Purcellville area.

Christopher T. Rhames, 15, was found Tuesday in the Richmond area, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

The second teen, Stephan N. Seaver (in photo above), 16, is believed to be in the Charlottesville area, police said. He is described as a white male, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 162 pounds. He has bleach-blond hair and blue eyes.

The two teenagers were last seen together on Feb. 24 in the 700 block of Main Street in Purcellville. The two had no ties to the immediate area, and both were in need of medication for health issues. They left the area together.
