Police: Resident Scares Away Ashburn Flasher

The suspect remains at large, says Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff’s deputies are looking for a young man who accosted an Ashburn resident Tuesday night and exposed himself, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.

The suspect fled the area before deputies arrived, a police report stated.

The incident occurred at about 9 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Cayuga Court and Navajo Drive in Ashburn. The resident was walking in the area and saw a male in his late teens to mid-20s expose himself.

The suspect followed the resident and made inappropriate comments while continuing to expose himself, the police report said.

The resident said he was going to call the police, and the suspect ran from the area. The sheriff’s office describes the suspect as being dark skinned, possibly Hispanic, and about 5 feet 8 inches tall with a thin build.
