Sterling Man Arrested After Argument Over Parking Space
He brandished weapon that turned out to be replica, says Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

A dispute over a parking space on Sunday evening got a Sterling man into trouble with the law.
Loudoun County police charged Jairo D. Roca-Del-Valle, 35, of Sterling, with brandishing a firearm following a shouting match with another individual, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office. The firearm was determined to be a replica.

Deputies responded at 6:49 p.m. to the scene of the confrontation, in a parking lot in the 900 block of Sherwood Court in Sterling, according to a police report.

Roca-Del-Valle allegedly made threatening statements and implied he had a weapon, the report said. He then went into his residence and was later seen brandishing what appeared to be a firearm.
The police report did not state when Roca-Del-Valle will appear in court on the brandishing charge.
