The World Police and Fire Games Are Coming to Loudoun
Here's a schedule of events at nine local venues.

Loudoun County is among the Washington suburbs hosting the World Police and Fire Games, which begin Friday and run through Sunday, July 5.
The games will kick off at 6 p.m. Friday with an opening ceremony at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. For complimentary tickets, click here.

One of the largest sporting events in the world, the event will attract more than 10,000 athletes from more than 60 countries, along with thousands of spectators to the region.

Local Events
The games will take place at 53 venues throughout the region, including nine sites in Loudoun County. The events are open to spectators. Residents should note the dates and locations of the Loudoun events and plan accordingly, as traffic may affect the surrounding roads.

- Harry Byrd Highway (Route 7) and State Route 601, Bluemont - Cycling-Hill Climb, July 3
- Dulles Sportsplex, Sterling - Indoor Soccer, July 1 to July 5
- Smash Table Tennis, Sterling - Table Tennis, June 27 to June 29
- NOVA Badminton Club, Ashburn - Badminton, July 1 to July 3
- Pev’s Paintball Park and Pro Shop, Aldie - Paintball, June 30
- Bowl America, Sterling - Bowling, June 30 to July 2
- Lansdowne Resort, Landsdowne - Golf, June 29 to July 1
