• Panel postpones special-use permit request again (winchesterstar.com) — Clarke County planners have again delayed a decision on a special-use permit for dog runs and community events in nearby White Post, just south of Boyce, after continued complaints about noise. The White Post Village Association may shift events on its 14-acre property or consider residential development instead, with a final proposal expected at the July 10 meeting where the public can comment.
