Adult Education - Basic Judaism Series - Wednesdays in October @ 6:15pm

Rabbi Aft will hold a 4-week course in Basic Judaism during the month of October for those who want to enhance their understanding of the basic tenets of the Jewish faith.

Did you ever wonder why Jews do what they do? Where do our prayers go and is anyone listening? We talk about G-d ... what do we really believe? Please come to the following sessions where Rabbi Aft will introduce these topics and more:

Oct 1st - Concept of G-d
Oct 8th - Holidays and Customs
Oct 15th - Jewish Life Cycle
Oct 22nd - Introduction to Prayer

All of the sessions will be held on Wednesday evenings (6:15 - 7:25pm) at Congregation Adat Reyim, 6500 Westbury Oaks Court, Springfield VA.

Attendees are invited to a brief service in the sanctuary following the program.
