Greenspring Celebrates Springfield Days
On Saturday, June 1, Greenspring joined Springfield Days as a sponsor of the FitnessFest.
On Saturday, June 1, Greenspring joined Springfield Days as a sponsor of the FitnessFest. Nearly two dozen staff members and more than a dozen residents visited through the day for the event and many participated in the Greenspring-facilitated fitness sessions including yoga/balance, Zumba, and low-impact aerobics.
