Robinson Crew Men's First Varsity Headed for Nationals

Two Robinson Crew varsity teams compete in state championship finals.

Robinson Crew's Men's 1st Varsity has qualified for Nationals.  Cox Marissa Kleiman and rowers, Derek Rathburn, Tim Rodriguez, Jake Duhadway, Nick Withers, Tyler Jaggers, Zack Ghalayini, Cormac Berigan and Kyle Scott will travel to Camden, New Jersey to compete against other elite rowers from across the country Memorial Day weekend. 

The good news came after Robinson's participation in the Virginia State Championship at Sandy Run Regional Park on Saturday.   The  Men's V1 and V2 qualified for finals, coming in 5th and 6th, respectively,in their final races.  The Women's V1 qualified for the Petite Finals, coming in 4th.   The Woman's V2 came in fourth in their heat.
