This award winning program helps older adults and adults with disabilities remain in their own home. Each week the program includes a workshop and exercise program focusing on fall prevention. Participants can also sign up for a free home safety inspection.
The program is free and sponsored by Fairfax County at the Richard Byrd Library in Springfield.
