Fairfax County NAACP 2015 Freedom Fund Awards Banquet
Join us on 9/19/15 at the Waterford Springfield, 6715 Commerce St., from 1:00-5:00 pm. Tickets are $65/pp and you can buy ads in the program

You are invited to a special event recognizing various organizations and individuals for their significant community involvement. Tickets are $65/per person and can be purchased now. We are pleased to announce that Eric C. Broyles, co-author Encounters with Police: A Black Man’s Guide to Survival, will be our event speaker. This book provides advice to African American males on how to survive encounters with the police. It also includes information on legal and administrative rights that citizens have to address police misconduct as well as giving practical step-by-step guidelines on how to respond to officers using different scenarios. There will be a book signing at the Banquet. Broyles is a Washington, DC, attorney and entrepreneur.
Our banquet will have support from over 300 guests. All guests will have the opportunity to network with national, state and local politicians, business and church leaders, and guests from the community.
