Lake Braddock Secondary School's Jump Start Program Begins in Late August
The program assists rising seventh-grade students make the transition to Lake Braddock.

BURKE, VA ā Lake Braddock Seconday School's Jump Start program that assists rising seventh-grade students make the transition Lake Braddock begins August 23, a Tuesday, and runs daily the rest of the week.
Topics covered, according to the school, will include a tour of the building, practice opening lockers, learning how to read your schedule and organize your materials and a learning styles and study skills review.
Parents may register their student for one of the following sessions:

Session A: Tuesday, August 23rd 9 AM ā 2 PM
Session B: Wednesday, August 24th 9 AM ā 2 PM
Session C: Thursday, August 25th 9 AM ā 2 PM
Session D: Friday, August 26th 9 AM ā 2 PM
There will be a fee of $15.00 which will include lunch and a Lake Braddock t-shirt. Space is limited to 100 students per session.

To register, complete the Jump Start Registration Form andEmergency Care Card (Jump Start will not have access to Emergency Care Cards on WeCare) and return to Sarah Padilla, Lake Braddock Secondary School, After-School Specialist. Make sure you have included your $15 registration fee.
