Sound Healing Practice in Winchester Sunday Afternoon September 15-- Yoga Mandala, 750 Main Street, is pleased to welcome SoundScapers back to the studio this Sunday afternoon from 4-6:00pm for a full sound healing session. Participants lay on yoga mats or sit in chairs during the practice, and are bathed in exquisite sound and tone.
