The third annual Washington West Film Festival opens at the Reston Town Center Bow Tie Cinemas from Oct 23-27 and features nearly 35 movie screenings, new independent and Hollywood films, and red carpet Q&A sessions with well-known directors and actors for 2,000 filmgoers. The festival features meaningful and inspiring films that capture the human condition. All box office net proceeds are donated to charity.
