Families Will Love Celebrate Fairfax June 7, 8 and 9, 2013

Come to Celebrate Fairfax at the Fairfax County Government Center.  It is a great event to have a lot of fun!  The fair starts June 7 through June 9.

You can have great food like at SCHNITZels & GIGGLES.  First Chef Robert Graf and his wife Alexandria came up with the idea.  They started in New Hampshire in their food truck.  Now they travel all over the country with their daughter Daphne.  The family was also on ABC's Wife Swap!  If you go on their Facebook page, you can sometimes get coupons for free pommes frites when you purchase food.  Do you know what pommes frites are?  They are like french fries.  One of the things they sell is a waffle on a stick with syrup.  You should try it! 

One other thing kids will be sure to like is the ExxonMobil Children's Avenue!  This year they are adding a kids silent disco, where the kids dance to different songs wearing headsets.  It is run by Radio Disney and will be a lot of fun!  While you are there, you can see Caring Kids Cards in the Kids Activities area.  Make sure you like our Facebook page, to see how you can get a chance to win free tickets to Celebrate Fairfax from Patch!

There are also bands and shows that you can see, free with admission.  Our friend, Brad Matchett will be back this year on the Busch Gardens' Children's Stage.  He will be doing magic shows for kids and this year he will also be doing an adult show at night.  There are also fireworks on Friday and Saturday when it gets dark!
