Redistricting May Be Scary For Kids

Some kids will be changing schools this year because of the redistricting.  Are you one of them? Well, I am.

It may be scary to go to a new school at first, but soon you will make new friends.  The school redistricting will let kids make more friends.

I went to see my new school for an open house for everyone being redistricted.  Some of the teachers were there and said hi. The teachers showed people different things in the classroom. Kids and parents also saw the principal.

At your new school, things will be different. These things may be different: desk arrangement, scenery, caffeteria, specials, and the playground. At my new school, the playgrounds are pretty neat.

Don't be scared. You will have a great time at your new school!!
