The Franklin Glen Gators swim team was the overall winner of the "Blue" division championships in the Colonial Swimming League on Saturday, July 23. In addition to the Manorgate Marlins, who hosted the meet, five other teams participated: Sequoia Farms Stingrays, Hayden Village Villains, Chantilly National Bluefins, Franklin Glen Gators and Countryside Waves.  Janika Perezous from Countryside set the league's 8 &amp; under girls backstroke record with a time of 19.62, and many other swimmers set individual records.
