On July 29 some of the Irving Middle School students came out to a camp called VIP camp. They made cards with Caring Kids Cards.
They had such a fun time making cards for people in the military and people in the hospitals.
Gabrielle and I, co-founders of Caring Kids Cards, also made a Powerpoint that we shared with the kids about volunteering. The Powerpoint said how great it is to make a difference!!
Two people from the military were there at event. The kids also went to the gym and did different types of drills, like pushups.
Remember you are never too young or too old to make a difference!!
