Boy Secretly Filmed Classmates at Freedom High in Chantilly: Police

The 16-year-old's five felony charges include two for "upskirting," according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office; victims notified.

CHANTILLY, VA — A Freedom High student was arrested Friday on multiple charges of filming fellow students "in various stages of undress," according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The 16-year-old male, of Chantilly, was charged with five felony counts of unlawfully filming persons under the age of 18, including two cases of "upskirting."

Police identified multiple victims, and all have been notified.

On Feb. 8, a student told school officials of suspicions that a classmate was filming students while they were in the bathroom, and the officials contacted police, who say the suspect used a small device to film students inside a school bathroom, locker room and at some school events.

There's no indication the videos were distributed in any manner.
