Back Story: Clay Café Studios
I never met a kid that didn’t love arts and crafts. I can’t get my 5 year old to remember what she did at school on any given day until I ask what she did during arts and crafts time.
If there’s an after-school pottery class, she’s there, though I think my wife enjoys it as much as she does!

Clay Café specializes in after school programs, scout programs, camps, parties at the studio, parties at your house, and fundraisers.
The biggest draw is their “paint your own pottery”, right on site. For a $6 fee, you get paints, materials, decoration tools, instruction, glazing, and firing. You’ll have to pay for the pottery separately though.
For 8 year-olds and older, you can also choose glass fusion, starting at $15.
Check their schedule for deals, which are going on all the time.
