So...What Are You Waiting For?

So...What's it going to take? What is holding you back from being a BETTER YOU?

How many mornings do you wake up saying the same sentence?  The sentence usually starts out like this: Today I am really going to...

...eat healthier? ...start my exercise routine? ...cook better meals for myself or my family? 

What is it that holds you back from doing exactly what you wake up every morning "wishing" you would do?  Wishing you would do because YOU KNOW it will make you a better YOU!

I recently posted as my Facebook status a quote I came across. It goes like this:  The focus is not on the breaking of the egg; it is on the emerging little chick.  Don't bother trying to repair the problems in your life.  Instead, concentrate on the possibilites you will have once the shell is no longer holding you back.

What is holding you back?  I know for me it is usually time. I always say I need just a few more hours in every day!  I do!  I really do!  I work full-time, and I have four children, three dogs, a cat and two horses. I can't possibly manage it all the way I would like to...but I do know the better I eat, the better I manage my time and my life. I do know when I exercise I am more productive and energetic and 100 percent happier about myself and my self-image.

I NO longer let time be my shell!  I NO longer let the "KNOW-HOW" be my shell!  I concentrate on the emerging me from the knowledge that has empowered me to be a better me!
