Weddings on Wednesdays

The bride & groom were invited to the Martha Stewart Wedding Show after submitting the vision for this unique space and our unique menu. Alice & Louise are fast becoming UNIQUE venue specialists!

Starting this week A&L is making Wednesday….Wedding Day on our blog "The Dish." We are putting the final touches on our Fall weddings this month and just have to share one of our favorite upcoming wedding menus being prepared for late September. This wedding reception takes place at the Historic Aldie Grist Mill. The bride & groom were invited to the Martha Stewart Wedding Show after submitting the vision for this unique space and our unique menu.  We are fast becoming UNIQUE venue specialists!

The menu incorporates all sorts of seasonal flavors and fresh herbs.  Our bride is vegetarian so we had to make sure there were plenty of dishes that spoke to her tastes. Dad is a big basil fan. Mom is a REAL foodie. We have had the most fun designing their menu and planning the use of the space to create a perfect atmosphere for the food and celebration.
