Chantilly Woman Charged in Animal Welfare Case

Left dog outdoors Friday night, police said. The low temp Friday was 24 degrees, according to NWS. Dog appeared to be unharmed, police said.

Fairfax County Police report that a Chantilly woman was charged with inadequate animal care.

Animal Control officers responded to a call in the 13600 block of Old Chatwood Place Friday night at 10:30 p.m.

An Animal Control Officer was called to the location and found a dog outside of a residence. The owner, Christine M. Dunne, 53, of Chantilly, was charged with inadequate animal care. The dog appeared to be unharmed.
