The owner, Christine M. Dunne, 53, of Chantilly, was charged with inadequate animal care. executive order entitled “Ending Radical and Wasteful DEI Programs and

 in the wake of the cancellation, Equity Arc contacted retired members 
of the premier military and military academy bands to recreate both the
