The CrossFit program is a perfect workout for ANY body. From couch potato to hard core athlete,and anything in between, we can make this the best workout of your life. We do constantly varied, functional movements, that are performed at a high intensity. In plain English, this means that our program consists of lots of different movements – gymnastics movements such as handstand push-ups, ring dips, and walking lunges; weight lifting movements such as clean and jerks, overhead squats, and dead lifts; and cardio movements such as running, rowing, and burpees. These movements are functional, that is they will help you perform every day activities such as carrying groceries and lifting a heavy box overhead, onto the top shelf of your closet. The workouts are performed at a high intensity – we move as quickly as possible, while maintaining form that will not cause injuries. We scale it to your personal fitness level.
