The purpose of the meeting is to share information with the surrounding community on the proposed future Dulles South elementary school and public use site for the Grant/Perkins property. A commission permit application (CMPT 2011-0005) has been filed for a 48-acre property identified as MCPI 167-40-4216 and 167-30-6040 in the Dulles Election District. The site is situated near the southwest corner of Braddock Road (Route 620) and Bull Run Post Office Road (Route 621), adjacent to J. Michael Lunsford Middle School (MS-5).
