Truce’s new Truly Well group transformation coaching program is an incredible six-month journey of freedom and action, and a transformation of your body starting with your mind (with a spirit component for faith-based participants.)
Each 75-minute coaching call (3 per month) includes: live laser coaching and in-class practices that clearly illuminate your particular challenges and best solutions; homework assignments such as meal preparation and mindful eating to cement learning and fast-forward action; reading, journaling, and self-directed personal assignments to give you back the control over your own life. With a (recommended) comparison of lab blood work before and at the end of the six months.
In this unique 6-month group transformational wellness coaching program, you’ll, among other things:
* Create and commit to your individual vision of better living (Remember, you’re playing on your turf here…Most programs never talk about this!)
* Align your goals with what you want most (I will ban you from considering anything that remotely feels like drudgery or something you think you “should be” doing. It’s your game, time to live by your rules.)
