YOGA NIDRA is a deep form of relaxation which penetrates the layers of our being. In this workshop, you will be guided through states of complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation, yet retaining a trace of awareness. This easily accessible practice uses body awareness, breathing techniques & visualizations that will leave you feeling  relaxed and renewed. 

Take an hour & half to allow your body to relax deeply &                 restore the balance of peace within!

Please come dressed in comfortable clothes and bring a small blanket with you to class.
