THE LEARNING EXPERIENCE IN CHANTILLY TO HOST FUNDRAISER TO BENEFIT CHILDREN WITH CANCER AT OPEN HOUSE ON APRIL 11TH
Local preschoolers learn about giving thanks to first-of-its kind philanthropy curriculum and encourage the community to give back
The Learning Experience® (TLE®) Early Learning Academy in Chantilly, VA, will host a fundraising event and open house on Saturday, April 11, 2015.
As part of the early learning academy’s first-of-its-kind philanthropy curriculum, TLE® Chantilly is partnering with Ellie’s Hats, a nonprofit which offers children with cancer and their families care and support beginning with a delivery of hats to the child fighting cancer. The preschoolers are encouraging friends and families of the community show support by donating hats for the cause at the center’s open house event.
Each hat will equal a raffle ticket for prizes. The hat drive will officially begin on Monday, April 6th, (participants may bring hats to the TLE® Chantilly), and the raffle ticket drawing will take place at the event on Saturday
