The Shoppes at East Gate

As you may be aware, the East Gate area between the East Tall Cedars Parkway, and north of Eastgate View Dr is under development adding future commercial businesses. The Land Lawyers have provided the following list of occupants for the Center.

The following businesses are planned for The Shoppes at East Gate:

• Royal Farms
• Zaxby’s Restaurant
• Multi-Tenant Building (Pacific Dental, Indian Restaurant, Hair Salon, and Dunkin Donuts)
• Child Care Center
• Light Motor Vehicle Repair (such as a Valvoline or Jiffy Lube)

***“The light motor vehicle repair use (i.e. oil changes, no overnight car storage) is the newest use proposed for the Shopping Center. It is planned to be located at the northern end of The Shoppes of East Gate closest to Route 50, adjacent to the future Tall Cedars/Route 50 interchange ramp.”
