Join us for a special workshop designed for educators and volunteers who work in ministry with children and youth, and are seeking ways to more effectively engage children with special needs in their programs. The program will include presentations from local ministry leaders, opportunities to share current challenges/successes, training on practical classroom management strategies and resources that churches can use to tailor their specific response to this growing need.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO REGISTER FOR EACH SESSION YOU WISH TO ATTEND SO WE MAY GET AN ACCURATE FOOD ESTIMATE (Friday, Saturday, and/or optional Saturday lunch).Dinner will be provided Friday night. Breakfast and snacks will be provided Saturday morning. In order to focus grant funds on providing program content, a free will donation will be offered to help offset these food costs. An optional lunch will be available for a small charge for those interested in staying for an extended conversation after the formal program is concluded.
