Volunteer Fairfax has trained many of the area's top volunteer administrators. Join their ranks with Volunteer Management Boot Camp!
Included are the basics of volunteer program planning, recruitment, and supervision. It’s great for those of you new to volunteer management or someone just in need of a basics refresher. It's also great for volunteer Team Captains.
We'll cover key steps such as:
• Identifying what sells your volunteer opportunity
• Placing the right volunteer with the right task
• Saying "thank you" affordably
• Making an annual Volunteer Performance Review possible, and
• Saying NO to volunteers (but keeping them as donors!)
Plus, you'll receive a thorough training manual to take home and refer to often during your daily volunteer management challenges. We've trained hundreds of the area's top volunteer leaders and we are ready to train you, too!
