Future of Hess Retail Stores Unclear

While the Associated Press reported last week that Hess would be closing some of their retail locations, company officials report that it's "business as usual" for now at local stores and that "we have absolutely no plans to close our stores."

That includes gas station in Arlington at 3299 Wilson Boulevard.

"The divestiture of our retail stores is in the early stage and will take some time," the statement reads.

A company spokesperson also reports that the Hess toy truck program will continue.
