Children ages 8 to 14 years old are invited to get moving at this exercise and nutrition camp at . During this 5-day program, campers will practice Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, jump rope, and learn how to stretch properly. They will also learn about the food pyramid, what it means have a balanced diet, and the importance of staying hydrated. Each camper will keep a daily log to track their progress.
