Anyone 13 years old and up are invited to join instructor R. Schmitt at for Soo Bahk Do. This martial arts class helps participants develop and improve their self confidence, build a strong character and self-discipline, while exercising.
This course began on January 11th.
There is a $104 fee for the twelve 60-minute classes.
