Poll: Should Gar-Field Have Stayed in the Playoffs?

On Friday, the regional football playoff game that was scheduled between Hylton High School and Gar-Field High School was cancelled after the Virginia High School League . A player who had played in three regular season games for Gar-Field was discovered to be ineligible, meaning Gar-Field had to forfeit those three wins.

Do you think that the disqualification was the right ruling? Should Gar-Field have been given an exception since the player in question didn't play the whole season and the school reported the violation on itself?
