If you’re looking to enjoy food and fun of the changing season, escape this weekend to a local fall festival. On this Saturday, October 1, Manassas and Bristow will both host family-friendly entainement.
The 29th Annual Manassas Fall Jubilee, held in downtown Manassas from 10 a.m until 5 p.m., will feature live music, craft vendors, and streets of food carts. There will also be a a chainsaw art demonstration and auction by the popular group Chainsaw Chix. Other features include a dance stage, children’s art, and bounce houses. Bristow will be featuring the 26th Annual Youth For Tomorrow County Fair and Auctions from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The event is sponsored by YFT Founder and Chairman Joe Gibbs and proceeds will benefit the residential youth home and for at-risk teenagers. Admission is $10 for adults, $5 for children 16 and under, and children under 3 are free. Ticketholders will be able to enjoy unlimited rides and activities, including a NASCAR experience, laser games, rock climbing wall, carousel, obstacle courses, and more.
