Two Charged with Larceny from Vehicles
Two people were arrested and charged with breaking into vehicles in Dale City on Tuesday.

Two people were arrested Tuesday and charged with breaking into several vehicles in the Silverdale area of Dale City.
Trey Maurice Wallace, 18, of 4225 Gibson Ct., and a 17-year-old male of Dale City were each charged with vehicle tampering, possession of burglarious tools and two counts of petty larceny.
Police received reports of suspicious persons entering vehicles in the 14400 block of General Washington Drive just before 3 a.m. Tuesday. Police said they saw a taxi leaving the area with two people who matched the descriptions given by the caller. Police later identified the two as Wallace and the 17-year-old.

Police said they found the two in possession of electronics and cash that had been taken from the vehicles. In total, seven vehicles had been tampered with in the area of General Washington Drive, Two Chimneys Court and Three Dormers Court.
Court dates and bond information were not released for either of the accused. The 17-year-old was held at a juvenile detention facility.
