$250K Lottery Ticket Bought In Alexandria
A Maryland man scored the top prize from a scratch ticket bought in Alexandria.

A Maryland man had all of the luck on his side when he got a top prize in a lottery ticket bought in Alexandria.
After all, Francisco Chavez of Brandywine, Md. had a 1 in 1,040,400 to win the top prize in Cash Multiplier from the Virginia Lottery. So he couldn't believe it when he won $250,000.
“I kept looking at it to make sure it was real,” he said.

He bought his winning ticket at Tiger Market and Bakery, 39003 Mt. Vernon Avenue in Alexandria.
Prizes for Cash Multiplier range from $5 to $250,000. The chances of winning any prize in this game are 1 in 4.32.
