97-Year-Old Runs Alexandria's Turkey Trot: Full Results

ALEXANDRIA, VA—The annual Alexandria Turkey Trot 5 miler race was held Thanksgiving morning on the streets of Del Ray, as it is every year before families gather for dinner. In 2017, there were 4,647 participants. The race is a five-mile course starts and ends at George Washington Middle School, going up Mount Vernon Avenue and looping around Commonwealth Avenue.

Notable finishers were Natalee Urquijo Guerra, who finished the race at age 97, and Michael Wardian, who finished 18th overall running with his dog.
