After Sept. 3 Pedestrian Fatality, City to Hold Safety Meeting
Meeting will take place Monday at Maury Elementary School Auditorium.
The City will hold a meeting with the community on Monday, Sept. 14 at 6:30 p.m., at Maury Elementary School Auditorium (600 Russell Road) to solicit feedback from the public regarding pedestrian safety in Rosemont and Del Ray.
This meeting is in response to a pedestrian fatality that occurred Sept. 3 at the intersection of Commonwealth Avenue and Braddock Road. City staff and the Police Department will be in attendance to answer questions and listen to community concerns regarding pedestrian safety in these neighborhoods. If you are unable to make the meeting the City has created an online formfor you to leave your feedback.
